Okay

Stay was okay. Check-in was terrible: rude supervisor on duty. Very bad service. We had to self-explore to find our unit, as the numbering was totally out of place and incorrect. Check-out: inconvenient, although there is a reception area, no one is available. Keys had to be dropped off at another address 2km out of our way. The Wi-Fi password does not work, and obviously, no assistance what so ever. I will never recommend this place, not will I every stay there again.

Hi Chantal, we are really sorry for your bad experience. There was an email sent to you on the 27th with check-in details and key pick-up at the location you had to drop off. I do agree, the numbering of the units are a bit confusing which we will have to clear up on key collection. I did check the WiFi which is working quite fine with the password that is on the TV.

Baie gelukkig met die verblyf en die verwelkoming, geen klagtes was regtig die moeite werd het 'n awesome tyd gehad met my familie. Baie dankie.

Very neat unit.

The unit is very clean, comfortable and modern. It's a ground floor unit, there are stairs that you have to be mindful of if you have small children.
