The laundromat is located in the center across the estate entrance.
Refuse can be disposed of at the bins near the parking.
Do not place the heater on any furniture especially not the bed or bed stands.
Please make sure the fridge is closed properly so that the freezer doesn't ice up.
Please switch off the geyser as the water does get extremely hot.
Please do not use the hand wash as a shower gel or bubble bath.
Please refrain from asking the neighbors anything.The owner is your contact person for everything relating to the apartment.
