House Rules

There is a gravel road that is suitable for all vehicles but, at times, after heavy rain, it can become more challenging with normal vehicles. Please enquire directly with the establishment about the conditions of the road.
This establishment is strictly pet-friendly by prior arrangements. Guests can bring 1 small dog by prior arrangement only.
The property is completely off the grid and is powered by solar power.
A complimentary linen change is included for stays longer than 6 days.
Guests should inform the host if they will be bringing their boat so that a boat license can be issued to them.
Additional daily or periodic cleaning services, excluding bed-making, are available upon request at an extra cost. This service needs to be arranged separately with the host.
Guests are required to pay an additional cleaning fee directly to the establishment.
