Unit 1: Rates displayed are on a self-catering basis and starter tea, coffee and milk are provided in each unit.
Unit 2: Rates displayed on a self-catering basis with heat-and-eat facilities. The facilities include a fridge-freezer, microwave, and a kettle. Starter tea, coffee and milk are provided in each unit.

House Rules

- Not suitable for children under 6 years of age.
- Strictly no smoking permitted.
- No pets allowed.
- There are 2 rescue donkeys on the premises, named Donkey and Flora. Please do not enter their paddock, ride or feed them. They would love you to say hi to them over the fence at your own risk.
- The units can be serviced on request and at an additional cost from Monday to Friday only, excluding public holidays.
