Breakage Deposit

A refundable breakage deposit of R1500 is payable directly to the establishment.

House Rules

- The cleaning fee is per unit, per week.
- Additional daily cleaning and laundry service is available at an additional cost.
- No parties are allowed, and guests are not allowed to a make a noise after 21:00. Guests should consider the neighbours, guests and the host, which resides on the premises.
- During school holidays, guests are welcome to discuss possible camping facilities for additional guests.
- Day visitors are welcome at an additional fee which is payable upfront. Day visitors must vacate the premises of Bridgemead no later than 21:00. Alternative arrangements may be discussed with the host. Failure to comply with this rule will result in the guest being charged accommodation fees.
- Smoking is allowed outside on the verandah only.
