House Rules
The Manor House boasts a fully operational breakfast restaurant. Guests have two options for breakfast. Book and pay for breakfast as part of your online room reservation or pre-book breakfast with the establishment before the stay.
All music and loud noise cease promptly at 23:00.
No outside guests are allowed after 19:00. If you plan to have visitors, kindly inform the Manor House in advance.
No parties are permitted.
No pets are allowed on the premises.
Availability of the pool area and gardens depends on various factors, including scheduled events and maintenance. While the manor strive to accommodate all guests, there may be instances when the pool is reserved for specific functions or temporarily closed for maintenance.
If you’re planning an event or function involving the pool, we recommend contacting the staff in advance to check availability and make necessary arrangements. We appreciate the understanding and flexibility as we aim to provide the best experience for all our guests.
Due to location, cell reception at Knorhoek Manor can be unstable. If visiting for work, please be aware that a stable Wi-Fi connection during loadshedding is not guaranteed.
During loadshedding, The Manor House does not have a permanent power generator. As a result, guests may experience temporary electricity outages. However, portable lights are provided to ensure guests' comfort during these times.
