Please be aware that this unit is semi-detached to another unit.

- Please note that this establishment is not suitable for parties and cannot be used as a venue for functions.
- No loud music.
- Please consider our neighbours. Quiet times between 22:00 and 08:00.
- Guests are expected to keep the unit neat and tidy.
- No commercial photography allowed. No shoots for monetary gain allowed.
- Breakages should be reported to the host before leaving.
- Only quoted amount of people allowed in the unit. No additional guests will be accommodated.
- This unit is not pet-friendly.
- Should guests behave in such a manner that is not acceptable by civilized standards or the property is used for any other purpose than originally stated, the client and his guests may be asked to vacate the premises.
- No smoking inside the house at all.

Owner and Managing Agent give no warranty and accept no responsibility or liability for any direct or indirect damages or losses suffered by a guest and/or visitor on the property. All rights of admission are reserved.
