House Rules

The number of guests is limited to a maximum of 4 persons irrespective of age unless prior arrangements are made. Guest occupation is strictly limited to the same persons that are initially accommodated on arrival. No guest visitors are permitted on the property without our prior agreement.

The arrival vehicle is the only 1 permitted on the property unless prior arrangements are made.

Please limit the time of arrival to before 20:00 in order to protect the safety of inhabitants and the property's security integrity. Should unexpected circumstances delay arrival, please telephonically contact and make prior arrangements with us.

Smoking indoors is not allowed, an exclusive balcony is part of the unit, and an ashtray is made available guests.

Pets are not permitted without prior arrangements.

No excessive loud noise or music, parties, or events are permitted.

Strictly subject to prior agreement with the host, and in the interests of children's safety, arrangements can be made for the use of the main house's 7 x 4 m swimming pool to cool off, and the braai facilities situated in the garden.
