Description
San Lameer Villa 2532 is an exclusive self-catering villa located in San Lameer Estate. Situated on the South Coast of KwaZulu-Natal, this subtropical paradise with wildlife, fauna, flora and birds, has something to offer the whole family. The 200-hectare nature conservancy boasts an 18-hole championship golf course; a hotel with a spa, restaurant and bar; luxury villas and direct access to 2 blue flag beaches.
This villa can accommodate 6 guests at a time and comprises 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms as well as a guest toilet. The main bedroom is on the ground level furnished with a king-size bed and features an in-room en-suite bathroom fitted with a walk-in shower. The other 2 bedrooms are located downstairs , the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom contains 2 single beds. Another shower is available in the second bathroom. Quality linen and bath towels are provided, however, guests are required to bring their own swimming towels.
The air-conditioned living area features a kitchen fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, cutlery and crockery as well as tea- and coffee-making facilities. A dishwasher is available too. Leading from the kitchen is a lounge with comfortable seating and a TV with DStv. This space also has a dining table with ample seating for everyone to enjoy their meals together.
This living area opens onto a spacious patio with a table and chairs as well as a Weber braai which is the perfect spot for a sundowner in the evening while admiring the views over the estate.
Relax at the estate's communal swimming pools or spoil yourself with beautiful views. San Lameer also offers expansive leafy surroundings, gardens for picnics, a children’s play area, bicycles for hire, a fishing dam and a bird viewing dam. Guests can also enjoy the communal braai areas and hiking trails.
