It was a pleasure hosting Mr Nel. One always learns a lot from the different profile of guests.
Unit facilities and self check in services seem to have made the stay complex for Mr Nel. The self check in, instructions sent were lost before arrival. The TV remote source buttons were altered. Owner and assistant were in constant communication with Mr Nel who struggled on the concept of self catering apartments. Needed constant assistance. Left his sneakers behind and cleaning lady via the owner was able to alert Mr Nel before he left PE.
Lovely gentleman. Do think B&B would be suit him.
